All deliveries are made either by post or via courier exclusively in Montenegro.
Prices do NOT include delivery service.
Anything that arrives damaged, we accept to replace if we have the item in stock.
Considering that we do not deal with import and procurement, it may happen that we do not have a replacement article.
In that case, if no other agreement is reached, we return the money.
We also have some old and very rare items, considering that ZmajSoft has been around for a very long time, which will be hard to find even at the world level.
We will do our best to adequately protect each item so that it is not damaged during transport.
If the item does not correspond to the description, we can also agree on a replacement, we return the money.
If we are not responsible for the damage, we do not accept complaints.
The deadline for complaints is 1 day. You can call us on the given phone number, or notify us by email.
